American Repair Maintenance (ARM) is a full‑service repair and preventative maintenance partner serving over 20,000 retail locations across the United States. We are currently searching for a passionate, skilled commercial technician to join our team.
Base Pay Range $35.00/hr – $45.00/hr

Responsibilities

Utilize 5+ years of commercial maintenance experience in plumbing, electrical, drywalling, carpentry, and flooring to deliver exceptional service with minimal supervision.
Be the eyes and ears in the field, completing service tickets across a designated territory efficiently and with high quality.
Maintain clear communication with lead technicians, field supervisors, and office staff on open issues and progress of all assigned work.
Display professionalism and cooperate with fellow employees and customers.
Follow all policies and procedures to ensure safe working conditions.
Travel up to 500–2000 miles per week with paid mileage reimbursement.
Adopt a flexible and adaptable schedule, including on‑call, overnight, and weekend availability; some assignments may require short overnight travel.
Provide reliable personal transportation capable of carrying tools and equipment, hold a valid driver’s license, and have appropriate hand tools and a toolbox.
Be comfortable and proficient with technology, including mobile applications and digital tools for work orders and documentation.
Perform heavy lifting (up to 80 lbs.) and apply up to 200 pounds of torque while working in various positions.
Qualifications
5+ years of commercial maintenance experience in plumbing, electrical, drywalling, carpentry, and flooring.
High school diploma or equivalent vocational certification(s).
Proven mechanical aptitude and proficiency in reading assembly and blueprint drawings.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation with the capacity to transport tools and equipment.
Ability to lift up to 80 lbs. and apply up to 200 lbs of torque.
Comfortable with technology, including industry‑specific software and mobile applications.
Willingness to travel 500–2000 miles per week and work flexible schedules, including on‑call and overnight shifts.
