Your impact
Own multi‑craft troubleshooting and repair across electrical and mechanical systems
Install, commission, and maintain pneumatic/hydraulic components, control valves, and centrifugal/positive displacement pumps
Read electrical schematics; apply AC/DC theory with a volt‑ohm meter, amp meter, and oscilloscope
Diagnose automation issues leveraging strong Programmable Logic Controller knowledge
Execute preventive maintenance and manage work orders within our tracking system
Machine and fabricate parts using lathes, mills, and arc/Heliarc® welding
Respond fast to maintenance calls and help finish in‑progress repairs to restore uptime
Assess equipment, build punch lists, and set short‑ and long‑term repair priorities
Mentor entry‑level mechanics through complex tasks

Full‑time role; hours vary by site needs and day‑to‑day demand
Large, loud production environment where temperature and humidity reflect the seasons

Requirements
18+ years old; available for weekends and holidays
Lift 15–50 lbs with or without a reasonable accommodation
Stand and walk for extended periods with or without a reasonable accommodation
Climb, bend, reach, stoop, kneel, and stretch for extended periods with or without a reasonable accommodation
Comfort in environments with extreme temperatures, humidity, loud/hazardous equipment, and slippery surfaces
Preferred qualifications
Electrical certification, technical school, welding, and/or manufacturing maintenance experience
Approximately two years of mechanical/electrical repair training in a manufacturing setting preferred
