Salary: $6,031.00 - $7,547.00 per Month. New to State candidates will be hired into the minimum salary of the classification or minimum of alternate range when applicable.

Under the direction of the Supervisor I, the analyst performs work using a range of analytical skills and program knowledge to train CPMB, internal and external engaged partners on the processes and procedures related to the background check process. In addition, the analyst is responsible for all workload associated with developing online courses, webinars, and the CPMB website.
Qualifications
Knowledge of CCLD licensing laws, regulations, and procedures.
Experience with background check case management system and Licensing Information System (LIS).
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and other common software programs.
Motivated, professional, and friendly, enjoys assisting people in a collaborative environment.
Desirable Qualifications
Ability to interact in a team environment with integrity and respect.
Experience writing complex ideas in plain language.
Ability to balance multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.

Working Conditions The Care Provider Management Branch exercises a hybrid work schedule as determined by the Department of Social Services. CPMB is located in Rancho Cordova with free parking on site. Many restaurants, including Starbucks, Sandwich Spot, and Subway, are within one mile of the office.
Position is eligible for hybrid telework per Governor’s Executive Order N‑22‑25 and at the sole discretion of the Department. Telework schedules may be re‑evaluated. The incumbent must report to office as necessary and must reside in California.
