Job Description and Duties The Accounting Officer (Specialist) will be a valued member of the Accounts Payable Team, supporting a range of modules in the FI$Cal system and expanding knowledge across multiple financial areas.

Organize, review, analyze, and audit invoices for all payables.

Communicate with staff and suppliers to resolve disputes related to invoices.

Post entries into the FI$Cal system to submit claims to SCO.

Provide excellent customer service to internal and external parties.

Assist with Year‑End activities.

Working Conditions Hybrid work arrangement – up to three days telework per week, with a minimum of two days in‑office at the CCC HQ (1719 24th Street, Sacramento, CA 95816).
