ACCOUNTING OFFICER (SPECIALIST) Salary: $5,266.00 - $6,591.00 per month.

Location: 1719 24th Street, Sacramento, CA 95816 (Hybrid: up to three days telework per week, minimum 2 days in office).

Job Description and Duties The Accounting Officer (Specialist) will be a valued member of the Accounts Payable team, responsible for:

Organize, review, analyze and audit invoices for all payables.

Communicate with staff and suppliers to resolve disputes related to invoices.

Post entries into FI$Cal system to submit claims to SCO.

Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external parties.

Assist with year‑end activities.

Working Conditions Hybrid: up to three days telework per week, minimum of two days in office.

Minimum Qualifications

Basic computer skills including Excel and Word.

Excellent attendance, dependable, reliable.
