What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Collaborate with customers and team members to capture capability needs and drive business solutions

Actively participate in Agile scrum teams in various roles throughout the software development life cycle

Support requirements testing and ensure minimal production defects are realized

Communicate effectively with stakeholders, assisting with requirement walkthroughs and project status reporting

Document and resolve risks, defects, and issues throughout the project lifecycle

What is Required (Qualifications)

Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Information Systems, or closely related field

3 - 5 years of experience in IS/IT or Healthcare

Thorough understanding of clinical disease processes and healthcare data

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

1 - 3 years of experience in Lean/Six Sigma

1 - 3 years of experience in the Health Insurance Industry

Six Sigma or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification

Clinical License
