What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Collaborate with customers and team members to capture capability needs and drive effective business solutions
Participate in the full software development life cycle, fulfilling various roles within Agile scrum teams
Support testing activities to ensure minimal production defects and analyze results for customer impact
Communicate project status and facilitate requirement walkthroughs and sprint reviews
Document and resolve risks, defects, and issues throughout the project lifecycle
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Information Systems, or a closely related field
3 - 5 years of experience in IS/IT or Healthcare
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Agile methodology and project management
Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
1 - 3 years of experience in Lean/Six Sigma
1 - 3 years of experience in the Health Insurance Industry
1 - 3 years of experience in the Healthcare industry
Six Sigma certification
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
