What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Collaborate with customers and team members to capture capability needs and drive quality business solutions
Participate in Agile scrum teams in various roles, contributing to the full software development life cycle
Support requirements testing to ensure minimal production defects and analyze results for customer impact
Communicate effectively with stakeholders, assisting with requirement walkthroughs and project status reporting
Identify, document, and resolve risks, defects, and issues throughout the project lifecycle
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Information Systems, or a closely related field
3 - 5 years of experience in IS/IT or Healthcare
Strong analytical skills and problem‑solving abilities
Proficiency in SQL and Agile methodology
Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and effectively prioritize tasks
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
1 - 3 years of experience in Lean/Six Sigma
1 - 3 years in the Health Insurance Industry
1 - 3 years in the Healthcare industry
Certifications such as Six Sigma or Project Management Professional (PMP)
