Job Responsibilities
Collaborate with customers and team members to capture capability needs and drive quality business solutions
Participate in the full software development life cycle on Agile scrum teams in various roles
Support requirements testing to ensure minimal production defects and analyze results for customer impacts
Communicate effectively with team members, customers, and management, providing accurate documentation
Identify, document, and resolve risks, defects, and issues throughout the project lifecycle
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Information Systems, or a closely related field
3 - 5 years of experience in IS/IT or Healthcare
Strong analytical skills and problem‑solving abilities
Excellent communication skills and report‑writing proficiency
Experience managing multiple projects concurrently
Preferred Qualifications
1 - 3 years of Lean/Six Sigma experience
1 - 3 years in the Health Insurance Industry
1 - 3 years in the Healthcare industry
Six Sigma certification
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
