What You Will Do
Coach and train Inventory Associates – accuracy matters.
Follow a consistent workflow – our playbook for success.
Lead & serve as primary point of contact for event‑related concerns; support directives from Managers; drive operational excellence, maximize team productivity, and foster engagement.

Team Requirements
At least 18 years old.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum 2 years experience as an Inventory Associate or similar role.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and time‑management skills.
Strong customer‑service and conflict‑resolution skills.
Flexible scheduling.
Ability to stand, walk and stay active during shifts.
Comfort with handheld scanners or counting tools.
Attention to detail; reliable attendance.
Positive, team‑oriented attitude.

Reliable transportation.
Will submit to a pre‑employment investigative consumer report and drug screen if required.
Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and/or meet WIS Fleet driver requirements.
Working Conditions The role requires the ability to stand for prolonged periods, use both hands for repetitive motions, frequently be in low‑level positions (squatting, kneeling, crouching), use a ladder, lift and carry items up to 25 lbs., and travel by car or plane, occasionally overnight.
