What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Assist customers with U-Haul products and services both inside and outside the center

Utilize smartphone-based U-Scan technology for managing rentals and inventory

Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers, and perform equipment inspections

Answer customer inquiries and educate them on services and products

Participate in ongoing education through U-Haul University

What is Required (Qualifications):

Valid driver’s license and ability to maintain a good driving record

High school diploma or equivalent

Ability to perform physical tasks, including moving equipment weighing at least 50 lbs

Willingness to work in environments with moderate risks or discomfortsAbility to use protective clothing or gear as necessary

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Experience in customer service or related fields

Familiarity with moving and storage services

Certification in propane filling or forklift operation (training provided)

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team

Excellent communication skills
