New Orleans, LA: Flexicrew Technical Services (FTS) is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Installer for a Commercial Furniture company. The successful candidate will be responsible for assembling, installing, and setting up furniture at customer locations and job sites.
Essential Duties
Assemble and install furniture according to plans, instructions, and client specifications.
Read and interpret plans, diagrams, and installation instructions accurately.
Measure and align components using tape measures and laser levels.
Load, unload, and transport furniture safely to and from job sites.
Communicate effectively with team members to ensure quality service.
Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines.
Requirements/Skills
Ability to read tape measures, plans, and instructions.
Ability to use and read a laser level.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Reliable transportation.
Must be punctual, professional, and customer-service oriented.
Must have own tools (tool list will be provided).
Required uniform: Black shirt, dark blue/black work pants, steel toe boots, belt.
Physical Requirements
Physically capable of lifting and moving heavy items – lift test performed.
