(New Orleans, LA): Flexicrew Technical Services (FTS) is seeking a
Production Associate
to assist in manufacturing operations that include manual assembly and general production support.
Essential Duties
Perform manual assembly of components and sub-assemblies according to specifications and work instructions.
Inspect parts for defects and ensure quality standards are met throughout the production process.
Operate hand tools, small machinery, and other production equipment safely and efficiently.
Package finished products and prepare them for shipment.
Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety and housekeeping standards.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals.
Requirements/Skills
Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment preferred.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
Basic mechanical aptitude and manual dexterity for assembly tasks.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate clearly.
Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand, bend, and reach for extended periods.
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
Capable of performing repetitive motions and working in a fast‑paced environment.
