Job Description
* Assist the Project Manager with day-to-day management of commercial construction projects
* Support budgeting, cost tracking, change orders, and contract administration
* Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to maintain schedules and quality standards
* Review drawings, submittals, RFIs, and project documentation
* Attend project meetings and assist with reporting on schedule, cost, and progress
* Help ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget

The Successful Applicant
* 2-5 years of experience in commercial construction as an Assistant Project Manager or Project Engineer
* Proven exposure to office, retail, and/or restaurant construction projects
* Strong understanding of construction documents, scheduling, and cost controls
* Excellent communication and organizational skills
* Proficient with construction management software (Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, or similar)
* Local South Florida experience is a strong plus
