Job Description
* Oversee the planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution of ground-up custom homes valued at $10M+.
* Manage construction operations on-site to ensure quality craftsmanship, safety, and adherence to project timelines.
* Coordinate with architects, designers, engineers, subcontractors, and homeowners to maintain seamless communication throughout the project.
* Lead weekly project meetings, provide regular reporting, and proactively manage risks or issues.
* Approve subcontractor bids, change orders, and invoices to maintain project financials.
* Ensure all work meets high luxury-residential standards and deliver a best-in-class client experience.
* Commute to Delray Beach once per week for internal meetings or project reviews.

The Successful Applicant
* 5-10+ years of experience managing ground-up luxury custom homes, ideally $10M+ in value.
* Strong knowledge of high-end residential construction processes, finishes, and luxury build standards.
* Proven ability to oversee complex schedules, budgets, and subcontractor teams.
* Excellent communication and client-facing skills, with a service-driven mindset.
* Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to represent the builder with professionalism and integrity.
* Comfortable commuting to Delray Beach weekly.
