Job Description
* Manage full life-cycle delivery of ground-up custom home projects valued at $10M+
* Oversee budgeting, scheduling, cost control, and contract administration
* Coordinate with owners, architects, designers, consultants, and municipal authorities
* Lead subcontractor buy-out, scopes, and performance throughout construction
* Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality control, and local building codes
* Provide regular project reporting, forecasting, and risk management updates
* Drive projects to successful on-time and on-budget completion

The Successful Applicant
* 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager on ground-up luxury custom homes
* Demonstrated experience managing projects valued at $10M or more
* Strong knowledge of South Florida construction methods, codes, and permitting
* Excellent leadership, communication, and client-facing skills
* Proficiency with project management and scheduling software
* Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple stakeholders
