Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and modify logic diagrams, wiring diagrams, single lines, and P&IDs.
* Design and verify process/control systems, including PLCs, networks, drives, instrumentation, and control panels.
* Utilize Allen-Bradley hardware such as MicroLogix, ControlLogix, CompactLogix, and PanelView for fluid process control.
* Troubleshoot and repair complex mechanical and electrical equipment issues.
* Perform testing and refurbishment of PLC modules, HMIs, and other electrical hardware.
* Support on-site start-ups, including troubleshooting and problem resolution.
Qualifications:
* Minimum of 2 years of experience programming Allen-Bradley or Siemens PLCs and HMIs.
* Experience with FactoryTalk PanelView programming.
* Proven experience in site commissioning and start-up of control systems.
