Key Responsibilities
* Design, program, and refine logic diagrams, wiring diagrams, single lines, and P&IDs.
* Execute and verify process/control designs for various projects involving PLCs, networks, drives, instrumentation, and control panels.
* Utilize Allen-Bradley hardware, including MicroLogix, ControlLogix, CompactLogix, and PanelView, to manage fluid processes effectively.
* Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical issues in equipment systems, ensuring timely and accurate equipment repairs.
* Conduct testing and refurbishment of PLC modules, HMIs, and related electrical hardware.
* Provide on-site support during startup phases, engaging in troubleshooting and problem-solving activities.
Qualifications
* Minimum of 2 years of experience in programming Allen-Bradley PLCs and HMIs, or Siemens PLCs.
* At least 2 years of experience with FactoryTalk PanelView programming.
* Proven track record in site commissioning and startup of control systems.
