Key Responsibilities:
* Develop, read, and modify logic diagrams, wiring schematics, single-line diagrams, and P&IDs.
* Design and verify process/control systems for projects, including PLCs, networks, drives, instrumentation, and control panels.
* Utilize expertise with Allen-Bradley hardware such as MicroLogix, ControlLogix, CompactLogix, and PanelView for fluid process control.
* Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues to ensure effective equipment operation, including testing and refurbishing PLC modules and HMI devices.
* Provide on-site support for system start-up, troubleshooting, and problem resolution.
Qualifications:
* Minimum of 2 years experience in programming Allen-Bradley or Siemens PLCs and HMIs.
* Proficiency with FactoryTalk PanelView programming.
* Experience in site commissioning and control system start-ups.
