This role involves defining, designing, and implementing control systems across various industries, with the possibility of incorporating a business development aspect based on your interests and skills.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and modify logic diagrams, wiring diagrams, single lines, and P&IDs.
* Execute and verify process/control designs for projects involving PLCs, networks, drives, instrumentation, and control panels.
* Leverage expertise in Allen-Bradley hardware, including MicroLogix, ControlLogix, CompactLogix, and PanelView, to manage fluid process controls.
* Troubleshoot and repair complex mechanical and electrical equipment issues, including testing and refurbishing PLC modules and HMIs.
* Participate in on-site start-up activities, providing troubleshooting and problem-solving support.
Qualifications
* Minimum of 2 years of experience programming Allen-Bradley or Siemens PLCs and HMIs.
* Minimum of 2 years of experience with Factory Talk Panel View programming.
* Proven experience in site commissioning and startup of control systems.
