What You Will Do
Coach and train Inventory Associates – focus on accuracy.
Follow a clear, consistent workflow, serving as the primary point of contact for event‑related concerns.
Support and execute directives from the Area or District Manager, maximizing team productivity and engagement.
Uphold WIS core values: Service, Pride, Integrity, Results, Innovation, Teamwork in a safe and inclusive environment.
Team Requirements
At least 18 years of age.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum of 2 years experience as an Inventory Associate or similar role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong time management.
Excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills.
Ability to work flexible, varying schedules.
Ability to stand, walk, and stay active during shifts.
Comfort learning handheld scanners or count tools.
Strong focus and attention to detail.
Reliable attendance and commitment to consistency.
Positive, team‑oriented attitude.

Working Conditions This position requires the ability to stand for prolonged periods, frequently walk, use both hands for repetitive motions, squat, kneel, or crouch, use a ladder, lift and carry items up to 25 lbs., and travel by car with occasional overnight stays.
