WIS Retail Driver Associate - What You Will Do
Safety First – safely transport team members to and from inventory events in a timely manner, adhere to traffic laws and WIS driver safety requirements, conduct and complete vehicle inspections, maintenance, and daily cleaning.
Count and record inventory with precision – accuracy matters.
Follow a clear, consistent workflow – your playbook for success.
Move between inventory locations, often walking or standing for extended periods.
Meet daily performance goals – celebrate when you beat them; productivity-based wage increases are possible.

Team Requirements
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Experience in Retail, Stock, Customer Service, Cashiers, Sales Representatives, Driver and/or Warehouse work is preferred; no inventory experience is not a barrier if you can bring discipline.
Ability to stand, walk and stay active during shifts.
Comfort learning handheld scanners or count tools.
Strong focus and attention to detail.
Reliable attendance and commitment to consistency.
Positive, team-oriented attitude.

Have military experience.
Access to reliable transportation.
Inventory Associate Driver Requirement
Must possess a valid driver’s license within the state of residence for a minimum of 36 consecutive months.
A minimum of three (3) years proven driving experience.
Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment investigative consumer report, pre-employment screening and MVR check in accordance with company standards.
Familiarity with GPS devices and how to navigate to assigned locations.
Availability to work flexible schedules with varying hours in support of the District Manager and customer commitments, including very early mornings and/or late nights.
Working Conditions This position requires the ability to stand for prolonged periods of time with occasional walking, use both hands and wrists for repetitive motions, frequently be in low-level positions such as squatting, kneeling or crouching, use a ladder, lift and carry items up to 25 lbs, and travel via car and occasionally by plane, including overnight stays.
