Floor Technician (Night Shift) – 00714
Position Title: Floor Technician (Night Shift) 00714 (Housekeeping and Apparel Worker I). FLSA: Non‑Exempt, Appointment Type: Full Time, Posting Type: General Public, Sensitive: No, Designated Personnel: Yes. Work Schedule: 9 pm – 6 am, Monday‑Friday.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain various floors using floor maintenance equipment and supplies.
Apply cleaning methods and use cleaning supplies effectively.
Operate floor maintenance equipment proficiently.
Maintain good organizational skills and follow oral and written instructions.
Work effectively with teams and communicate clearly with faculty, staff, and students.
Work during the designated nighttime shift.
Qualifications
High school graduate or equivalent education/experience.
Experience with floor maintenance equipment and cleaning methods/supplies.
Experience working at a university (additional consideration).
Salary Starting at $31,200, commensurate with education and experience.

Conditions of Employment
