Supervise and support associates' daily goals to deliver an exceptional client experience, maximize sales/KPIs, and drive customer loyalty. Ensure brand standards are met, act as the main contact for customer issues, and analyze store trends to anticipate demands. People:
Engage, train, and develop teams; recruit internally and externally; identify strengths and opportunities; address concerns; maintain positive relations; communicate effectively; foster diversity and inclusion. Operations:
Ensure execution of company processes, utilize digital strategies, manage inventory, payroll, store opening/closing procedures, and follow directives and projects. Safety/Loss Prevention:
Maintain a safe environment, protect assets, follow inventory and cash control procedures, and ensure compliance with HAZMAT policies. Knowledge, Skills, and Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent Must be 18 years or older Preferred 3+ years retail/customer service experience Preferred 1+ year management experience Effective team leadership and communication skills Availability to meet business needs Cosmetology license desirable but not required Core Competencies Passionate Learner Flexible & Agile Adapter Talent Builder Effective Communicator Team Builder Customer Focused Partner Results Driver Strategic and Big Picture Thinker Problem Solver & Decision Maker Working Conditions Includes physical activities like standing, walking, lifting, and working in a typical retail environment with safety precautions.
