Key Responsibilities
- Manage incoming calls and customer inquiries effectively and efficiently.
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services to customers.
- Resolve customer complaints in a courteous and timely manner.
- Document all customer interactions and transactions in the system accurately.
- Identify and escalate issues to the appropriate departments when necessary.
- Follow up with customers regarding their inquiries to ensure satisfaction.
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certifications in customer service is a plus.
- Proven experience in call center or customer service roles is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and handling multiple software applications.
