Job Description As an ETS – Workday Developer, your primary responsibilities include designing, developing, and maintaining integrations between Workday and other enterprise systems. You will collaborate with stakeholders to evaluate business needs, define technical requirements, and ensure successful implementation of technology solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Workday Studio, Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), Workday Web Services, Workday RaaS, Workday Connector, and SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS). You will create seamless data flows, ensure system interoperability, and support business processes through effective integration solutions. Key skills include application development, systems integration, analytical thinking, and strong communication and collaboration with team members and stakeholders. Responsibilities Develop and maintain integrations between Workday and other systems using Workday Studio, EIB, Web Services, RaaS, Connector, XML, XSLT, and SSIS. Create technical specifications and architectural diagrams for integration solutions. Conduct impact analysis and troubleshoot integration issues. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and translate business requirements into technical solutions. Perform proof of concept work for new integration technologies. Lead complex integration projects ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members. Ensure compliance with data security and regulatory standards. Stay updated on emerging trends in integration technologies. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field. 5+ years of experience with Workday HRIS, including integration development with Workday Studio, EIB, Web Services, RaaS, XML, XSLT, and Connector. 3+ years of experience with SSIS for data integration. Experience integrating external systems like benefits, payroll, recruiting, HCM, and expense management, as well as internal systems like ERPs and data warehouses. Proven leadership in development teams and complex implementations. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Relevant certifications (e.g., Workday Pro Integration) are a plus. Work Conditions Prolonged sitting or standing at a computer. Ability to sit or stand for long periods. Ability to lift up to 15 pounds. Occasional domestic travel for meetings. This is a hybrid role with most work from home, requiring attendance at key meetings at the DPR office.
