What You Will Do

• Design, execute, and maintain manual and automated tests for Salesforce 360 (Sales, Service, CPQ, Data Cloud, etc.)
• Validate API integrations and data flows between Salesforce and AWS-based systems
• Collaborate on Agile ceremonies and defect triage using tools like Jira and Azure DevOps
• Contribute to automation framework expansion and continuous QA process improvement
• Support test environment setup, monitoring, and test data management
  

How You Are Qualified

• 3+ years of QA Engineering experience with Salesforce ecosystem exposure
• Hands-on experience testing across Customer 360 platforms and AWS integrations
• Skilled in writing detailed test cases and automation scripts (preferably with ACCELQ)
• Proficient in API testing, Agile methodology, and defect lifecycle tools (Jira, Azure DevOps)
• Strong analytical mindset and communication skills; Salesforce certifications are a plus
