Overview
Infosys is looking to hire a Practice Lead for its Organizational Development (OD) team. In this role, the individual will lead the team in the following areas of OD:

Strategy and Leadership
Develop and lead the OD strategy aligned with the organization’s goals and business objectives.
Act as a subject matter expert in OD practices, frameworks, and methodologies.
Lead the OD practice area, often managing a team of OD consultants or specialists.
Talent Development
Partner with HR and business leaders to design and establish Talent development programs, including Top talent framework, talent assessments, coaching, and development planning.
Stakeholder Engagement & Consulting
Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders on organizational challenges and opportunities.
Facilitate group processes such as strategic planning, team building, and conflict resolution.
Translate organizational needs into effective OD solutions and interventions.
Metrics and Evaluation
Define success metrics and KPIs for OD initiatives.
Monitor the impact of OD programs and make data-driven adjustments.
Report on the effectiveness of interventions to leadership and stakeholders.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution; three years of progressive experience can be considered in lieu of each year of education.
At least 11 years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's degree or 7 years with an MBA from an accredited university.
Authorization to work in the United States without employer-based visa sponsorship; sponsorship is not available for this role.
Location: Richardson, TX, or willingness to relocate; travel may be required.
