Be Infoblox . Marketing Program Manager (Contractor) We have an opportunity for a Marketing Program Manager (Contractor) to support and lead a portfolio of high-impact global marketing programs across Event execution, AI focused initiatives, and process improvement initiatives. This role is designed for a strategic executor with a deep understanding of marketing workflows, strong cross-functional coordination skills, and proven expertise in managing complex initiatives in theSaaS industry. Collaborating closely alongside various Marketing teams to drive progress on our flagship events, process enhancements, tool rollouts, and cross-functional marketing initiatives. You will be instrumental in keeping workstreams organized and on-track using Monday.com as the central collaboration and reporting platform. This is a remote role located from your home office anywhere in the U.S. Be a Contributor - What You'll Do Program Management & Execution Lead the planning, execution, and tracking of multi-stream marketing programs-including flagship events, go-to-market process design, and campaign execution activities Develop and maintain comprehensive program timelines, risk logs, and stakeholder accountability plans
Operational Excellence Manage internal marketing operational programs including lead management funnel, AI Initiatives, infrastructure improvement efforts, data governance enhancements, and SOP documentation Partner with Marketing Ops, Demand Generation, Field Marketing, Channel Marketing, Product Marketing, and Corporate Marketing to ensure processes are scalable, documented, and aligned across systems
Tool & Workflow Ownership Own and manage project workspaces in
Monday.com -setting up boards, automations, dependencies, and dashboards to track execution and highlight blockers Standardize intake, communication, and status reporting processes to enhance visibility and reduce operational friction
Cross-Functional Coordination Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders in Product Marketing, Demand Gen, Field Marketing, Sales, Design, and RevOps to align goals, manage resources Lead program check-ins, working sessions, and executive updates to ensure strategic alignment and delivery clarity
Be Prepared - What You Bring 4-6 years of program or project management experience within B2B technology, SaaS, or digital marketing environments Demonstrated success managing both global marketing campaigns (e.g., field events, content rollouts) and operational programs (e.g., process redesigns, tool deployments) Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g., Marketo, Salesforce) Required: experienced user of Monday.com (or similar tools) with the ability to create workflows, dashboards, and reports independently Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills with a global team Experience working in distributed or remote teams and driving execution independently Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g., Marketo, Salesforce) Agile/SCRUM or PMP certification Familiarity with lead funnel workflows, content operations, field event execution, or campaign measurement tools
