Employee Referral Bonuses As our enthusiastic and hardworking Store Manager, you will be responsible for: Meeting sales and income budget expectations while managing expenses to maximize profitability. Planning and directing daily store operations including opening/closing, POS, inventory, merchandising standards, and donations. Hiring, training, developing, and coaching store staff; conducting evaluations and performance reviews. Scheduling staff, maintaining payroll records, and monitoring attendance. Providing excellent customer and donor service, developing strategies to improve the customer experience. Overseeing back room processing and inventory management. Supervising program beneficiaries if applicable. Ensuring security of cash, inventory, and property; managing bank deposits. Maintaining safety protocols, conducting safety meetings, and ensuring compliance with policies and regulations. Performing other tasks as assigned by management. Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred. At least 3 years of supervisory/management experience in retail (thrift experience preferred). Proficiency in MS Office applications. Valid driver’s license, pass MVR check, and proof of insurance. Background check clearance. Effective communication skills with management, staff, customers, and donors. Physical Demands: Ability to sit, walk, stand, bend, squat, climb, kneel, and twist. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Repetitive motion tasks. Pay Rate:
$22.00 per hour Schedule: Flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, holidays. Additional Details
