Participate in business development initiatives to expand the firm’s real estate practice. Work closely with experienced professionals to receive operational and financial support. Requirements A minimum of 8 years of experience in commercial real estate transactions. A portable book of business is preferred. Strong understanding of real estate law, including acquisitions, leasing, financing, and development. Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships. Education Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school. Certifications Active license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction. Skills Excellent negotiation and communication skills. Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail. Capability to work both independently and as part of a team. Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
