Payroll Processor
Process weekly payroll for all employees using Paylocity, ensuring accuracy and timeliness Prepare and submit certified payroll reports in compliance with prevailing wage requirements for public projects Maintain payroll records and ensure proper documentation for audits and reporting Collaborate with HR and project managers to verify time entries, job codes, and labor classifications Resolve payroll discrepancies and respond to employee inquiries regarding compensation Stay current with federal, state, and local payroll regulations, especially those related to certified payroll compliance Payroll processing, Paylocity, Certified payroll The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
