What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Manage complex projects and provide technical review and project management support
Prepare and make decisions on major proposals and contracts
Develop and deliver client presentations to enhance relationships and marketing efforts
Oversee client contracting and maintain relationships through effective communication
Lead, mentor, and manage technical staff while ensuring project safety and compliance
What is Required (Qualifications):
Bachelor’s Degree in civil or geotechnical engineering or closely related field; MS or PhD desirable
Minimum 15 years of geotechnical engineering experience in professional consulting services
PE Certification and valid Driver’s License
Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
