What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Manage complex projects and provide technical review and project management support for clients
Prepare and make decisions on major proposals and contracts
Develop and deliver client presentations while assisting with marketing strategies
Review engineering work and technical reports, providing professional opinions and solutions
Lead, mentor, and develop technical staff while managing project teams effectively
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s Degree in civil or geotechnical engineering or a closely related field; MS or PhD desirable
Minimum 15 years of geotechnical engineering experience within professional consulting services
Valid Driver’s License and requires PE Certification
Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to prioritize work effectively
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Established reputation as a technical leader in the industry regionally or nationally
Experience in managing client relationships and developing new business
Ability to mentor less experienced engineers in applying engineering principles
Proficiency in creating and communicating project budgets
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
