Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse locations based on order tickets.
- Use RF scanners and other equipment to identify and track products.
- Verify the accuracy of picked items against order details.
- Ensure picked items are properly packaged and prepared for shipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment safely.
- Report any stock discrepancies or damaged items.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.
- Consistently wear and utilize required PPE.
- Assist other team members as needed to meet daily targets.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as an Order Picker or in a warehouse environment is preferred.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Capacity to lift and move items up to 50 lbs.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Commitment to following safety guidelines and wearing PPE.
- Must be reliable and punctual.
