An exciting opportunity for a Transfer Manager has arisen within the Actuation Systems business. The role reports to the SED Actuation Rockford Operations Director and is responsible for product transfers from Rockford’s OEM and AM portfolio.

Responsibilities

Lead a Transfer Project covering both product and capability transfers.

Act as the primary customer focal for the project externally and coordinate transfer activity within the business.

Drive global accountability for execution and delivery of multiple transfer projects.

Potentially manage junior project personnel and an integrated transfer team.

Ensure project outcomes meet cost, schedule and quality objectives.

Serve as the customer key contact at the working level, ensuring satisfaction and addressing issues.

Report on all project activities, including cadence reviews, change management, risk review and project control.

Govern project governance and complete all transfer gate reviews in a timely manner.

Qualifications

Degree or equivalent in a related subject.

Significant broad‑based experience with project‑based policies, processes, tools and standards across multiple lifecycle phases.

Professional accreditation (APM or equivalent), e.g., PMQ.
